$6.50 each, a little better but a long lead time.

Found these individual parts numbers too: (No source cited...)

30501-428-003 cap
30502-428-003 rubber
30503-428-003 washer

David Ewing did quite a write up on the old site on coil swop's etc and had quite a number of photos - do you still have those Bill?
