Fuel Delivery Test - 1979 A1 Kz1300

My A1 has always had fueling issues e.g. not capable of delivering all 5.x gallons of fuel to carbs, thus limiting range. Removed vacuum petcock, installed a Pingle unit.
Couple of days ago performed a static 'bench test' of fuel delivery.

Gota ask, was the fuel cap open or closed during the test. Venting of the tank will effect the results.

Cap was closed for entire test, good point KB, forgot to mention that. I'm running a Pingle and Chinese gas cap that's modified.
