WINTER WEATHER ?

Well,

Its finally dropped below ZERO temp today in Northumberland UK for the first time since spring. My garage is now beginning to feel more like a fridge.
Its normally 3 to 5 degrees colder up here in the North of the UK than in the South.

Its minus 2 today, bright sunny & cold, just the way a winters day should be here.

Interested to know what its like where YOU are today ?

Pete, I live near Chicago, today is sunny but cold. 28 F here right now. Sunday it reached 70 F then we had terrible storms and a few tornadoes. Followed by the cold blast.
No more riding for me this year. Time for winter projects. Bob

Hi Pete,

Our deciduous trees are all bare so we've had plenty of below freezing mornings already. Today it's warmer, about 40 degrees F. We're predicted to have a few wet days this week. I've got a barbecue planned for this Saturday, the weather is predicted to be 48 F and sunny. I live at 4,000 feet above sea level in what's described as high desert.

Temepratures in North-East Switzerland vary from 3-7°C, definetely too cold to ride the bike and too cold to sit in the garage, the beer-drinking temperature has left the comfort-zone ... :S

I'm about 3 hours from Bob, across the Mississippi River in the Quad Cities area.

36F / 2.2C current temp.

Pretty damn cold here in South West Scotland also - was well below freezing last night. Think I'll get one of those industrial paraffin heaters for the garage
