I’m very sorry about your accident.  Hoping you soon feel strong enough to repair your beautiful ELR, and write about it here.

The chest pain is subsiding, so this Sunday I was encouraged to start riding without my family knowing about it.

After the accident, the CDI has become completely unusable; I even had to replace the housing that attaches to the crankcase.
 
   

 


Once repaired, it looked as good as this.

 

The acid test has been being able to start the engine three weeks after the mishap.

Thanks for your interest.
The rib healing process is fucking slow and painful.
I still can't cough or sneeze.
This week I have reduced the dose of painkillers and today I drove my van with no sudden movements and carefully.

First contact with the bike after last month's accident.I went up with the Z1000 to the viewpoint of Barcelona.
